Course Overview

In 1993, Mannan Castle Golf Club opened its first nine holes and since, the property has continued to expand into a favorite golf layout in the Donaghmoyne area. In 2000 the course was expanded to 18 holes, in 2001 Mannan Castle's clubhouse opened, in 2006 the driving range was completed and finally, in 2009, a chipping area was built adjacent to the clubhouse.; The parkland-style regulation golf course rolls through the countryside, anchored by a variety of trees across its 6,082 yards. Mannan Castle's first three holes are a demanding start -- the first hole, a par 3, features a green two-thirds sloping toward the fairway, while the par-4 second hole requires a solid drive to set up for the dogleg right. The third hole, another par 3, is the feature hole of the golf course with the name of the property spelled out behind the green in topiary -- but requiring a carry over water to hit the green. Mannan Castle Golf Club stays solid to the end, resulting in both a quality and scenic round of golf.
