Understand the rules of play

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing TeeRadar, creating an account, or participating in the beta program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TeeRadar. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TeeRadar, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious code, scraping data, or using the service for purposes other than planning golf-related events.

5. Beta program disclaimer

TeeRadar is currently offered as a beta experience. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable without notice. We value your feedback to improve the product, but we make no guarantees regarding performance or availability during this period.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with TeeRadar are owned by GWF Technologies Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Feedback

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant Brio Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

TeeRadar may integrate with third-party tools (such as calendar or communication platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms, and Brio Golf is not responsible for their performance or policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brio Golf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TeeRadar. Our total liability for any claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brio Golf, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of TeeRadar or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TeeRadar at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate your account by contacting us at [email protected].

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with an updated “date modified”. Continued use of TeeRadar after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.
