Course Overview
Located at the heart of the Chiltern Hills, Aylesbury, Weston Turville could not be situated any better, each tee box offers stunning views of the hills, and the course offers a nice challenge or a golfer at any level. The course measures at just over 6,000 yards which is slightly shorted compared to today’s courses, however this puts the focus on placement of the tee. The course has a nice easy layout for walking around. The positioning of the greens and many of the holes are well protected by the strategic planting of the surrounding trees and approach shots are made much more difficult as the greens are closely placed beside the lovely reed-lined lakes. The standout hole is the Par 4 15th, with a Stroke index rating of 1 and the 90-degree dogleg left with a green protected with bunkers and water. On top of this Weston Turville has magnificent bar and restaurant facilities to enjoy after your round.
