Verulam Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course in St. Albans stretching to 6429 yards from the Medal Tees, par-72. Although the course isn’t' long, accuracy is key as many of the holes are well protected by mounds, slopes and bunkers. Verulam Golf Club has a superb drainage system resulting in very little course closures in the winter season. Verulam Golf Club has a strong connection with the Ryder Cup, with Sam Ryder, the founder of the Ryder Cup joining the club in 1909.
