Ranked as the top inland course in North Wales, The Vale of Llangollen Golf Club is set on the valley floor beside the River Dee. Overlooked by the glorious Welsh hills, you’re sure to have a fantastic experience, no matter how you play. Formed in 1908 and host to numerous county and Welsh national competitions, The Vale of Llangollen’s standard scratch of 73 off the back tees makes it a real challenge. The 9th hole is regarded as one of the best holes in British Golf, and the river holes at 15 and 16 are also outstanding. The restaurant at The Vale of Llangollen offers a wide choice of meals and snacks, which can be washed down with a top quality national or local beer.
