Course Overview
Located less than 6 miles from Edinburgh is the wonderful Uphall Golf Club. The parkland course is a par 69 and measures 5588 yards. Your round will start on Mains, a par 4 that comes in at 404 yards from the medal tees. It makes for a challenging opening hole, especially when played into the west wind, requiring an accurate tee shot so as to stay clear of troubles on the left and right, and then golfers are just a medium-to-long iron from a slim green. The round concludes on Binnie Craig, a par-4, 383-yarder that offers an excellent closing hole, again when that west wind is blowing. Uphall Golf Club is set amidst mature trees and features relatively flat land within somewhat tight boundaries, making for a test for golfers of any ability. Due to excellent drainage on the course Uphall Golf Club is sure to be open all year round for an enjoyable round of golf.
