Set in the shadows of the Galtee Mountains on the road to the scenic Glen of Aherlow is Tipperary Golf Club. This par 72 course presents a testing but enjoyable challenge with water coming into play on eight holes of this tree-lined beauty that uses the natural surroundings stunningly. Perfectly placed bunkers add to the challenge. The Tipperary Golf Club layout also features a state-of-the-art practice facility with a two-tier practice area as well as a putting green. The 18th is one of the best holes on the golf course, with a pond and bunkers guarding the green as you finish your round. Before or after the round, the bar/restaurant, The Venue, offers a wide variety of food and drink options as well as great views of the 18th hole.
