Offering beautiful views of beautiful Welsh countryside and decorated by water features, The Wales National Couse at The Vale Resort is an 18-hole 7,433 yards course and offers a challenge to the most experienced golfers - with one of the longest par 5s in Wales. The Vale Resort Golf Course was opened in June 2003 by Olympic gold medalist Sir Steve Redgrave and is now recognized as one of the best courses in Southern Wales. Set in the stunning Vale of Glamorgan, this Peter Johnson-designed course features mature woodland, wide and narrow fairways and a host of bunkers and water hazards. The Wales National Course has played host to several European Challenge Tour and Senior Tour events, as well as the PGA Europro Tour.
