Course Overview

As part of the fun Cedar Valley complex that includes an 18-hole course, an RV park, and an amusement park, The Pines at Fairview is the nine-hole golf course that's perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a quick round. Opened in the late 1960s and designed by Fred Kauffman, the nine-hole course complements the 18-hole Cedar Valley Golf Course, which plays a little under 6,500 yards. The Pines at Fairview is a par-36 layout that is a little more than 3,100 yards from the tips. There are four sets of tees, starting at just over 2,400 yards. You can walk or take a cart. The course is relatively flat, but there are some water features, and smooth slightly undulating greens. The longest hole is the 520-yard, par-5 ninth, which is also the course's no. 1 handicap hole. In addition to the course, golfers who play The Pines at Fairview also have access to a driving range and practice putting green. Inside the updated clubhouse is a golf shop as well as a restaurant, offering food and beverages daily. The golf courses at Cedar Valley are open for both daily fee and annual memberships.
