Course Overview
Staddon Heights was originally founded in 1904 as the United Services Golf Club and had strong links with military personal until 1969, when it was purchased by civilian members. Since then the golf club has celebrated its Centenary in 2004, and in that year completed work on 2 new holes, the current 16th and 17th. Staddon Heights Golf Club prides itself in the warm reception they give to any visitors booking a tee time as well as offering a number of excellent onsite facilities, such as a large accommodating Clubhouse and cosy bar and restaurant. Staddon Heights Golf Club is a stunning cliff-top par 70 course which measures 6,226 yards. The setting of the course is in an historic location, offering uninterrupted views across Plymouth Sound and Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Staddon Heights is not the most challenging of championship tests, but there are plenty of interesting holes when complemented with the stunning scenery. Do not be fooled by the length of this course; with two par 3’s around the 200 yard mark this can easily ruin a good score card. 18 Holes, Par 70, Yardage 6226. Clifftop.
