Course Overview
Southerness Golf Club is home to the fantastic 18 hole championship golf course which was designed by MacKenzie Ross in 1947. Located in Dumfries and Galloway, this club is the perfect venue for golfers of all levels. The clubhouse at Southerness features a lounge, bar, locker rooms for golfers and catering for different occasions. Visitors can also take advantage of the two putting green practice areas at Southerness, rear of the clubhouse. The championship links course at Southerness Golf Club measures 6,728 yards and is a 73 par course. The course location on the Solway coast will provide golfers with fantastic views of the Solway Firth, the Cumbrian Lake Distract and the Galloway Hills. This is an easy walking course with no hills to climb in-between holes. The brilliant design of this course enhances the peacefulness a golfer will get during their game.
