Designed by 5 times Open Champion JH Taylor, Southampton City Golf Course has recently celebrated its 75th anniversary. There is a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at Southampton City Golf Course, which has given the club a reputation as one of the best in the area for visiting golfers. The course at Southampton City Golf Course utilises the surrounding environment to great effect. Many of the holes are tree lined and the greens are consistently in good condition all year round. The signature hole is the short par 3, 17th placing a strong emphasis on club selection, with stunning views to complement the hole itself.
