Course Overview
Shannon Golf Club is a beautiful parkland course just west of Limerick on the west coast of Ireland. This 18-hole championship course is set out over 6763 yards and is a par of 72 with stunning views over the Shannon Estuary. The fairways at Shannon feature natural meadow grass planted on either side with a wide variety of deciduous trees. The greens are mixture of sand based and traditional and maintained to the highest standard. Water hazards and bunkers are strategically placed throughout the course to offer an exciting challenge. The signature hole to Shannon is the par 3 17th with a tee shot requiring concentration over the Estuary. A wonderful clubhouse provides a welcome refreshment after your round.
