Long known, and still referred to by some, as Gary Works Supervisor's Club, River Pointe Country Club was reborn in 2010 as a public facility. Over its 27 holes, spanning three 9s, River Pointe offers country-club conditions, beautiful natural surroundings and a highlight affordable rate structure. Golfers will enjoy the course’s fun yet challenging layout, easy walk ability for juniors and anyone seeking the exercise, and versatility -- with three 9s, golfers can play 9, 18, or all 27 anytime. Though tucked away off the proverbial "beaten path," River Pointe is just 5minutes from Highway 30 and easily accessed from all of Northwest Indiana and even Chicago's south suburbs.
