Course Overview
Opened in 1922, Renwood Golf Course is a medium length, par 72 course that's a good value. The course, which was designed by Bob Lohmann, features three sets of tees and can play as long as 6,228 yards. The course is a parkland layout with mature trees, a smattering of bunkers and a pond in between the 11th and 12th holes. The fairways are bluegrass and the greens are bentgrass. All but one of the par 4 holes are less than 400 yards and one, the par-4 second, is even under 300 yards, setting up a risk-reward opportunity. The longest hole is the par-5 16th at 520 yards. In addition, Renwood Golf Course offers a driving range, short-game area and practice green. The clubhouse features a well-stocked golf shop and a bar and grill. The clubhouse is also available for private events, receptions and parties during the offseason.
