Nestled within a well-situated golf community encompassing 56 acres of lush surroundings, Pinebrook Ironwood Club is a historic gem in Manatee County, Florida. Whether you’re hitting the fairways or soaking up the sun on the Gulf’s sandy beaches, our location makes it all effortlessly accessible within a 5-mile radius. Gulf Mexico beaches are just a short, scenic 10-mile drive from the club! The entrance to the club is like driving down a mini Magnolia Lane at the Masters. Recognized as Bradenton’s top golf layout back in 2007 & finalist in 2008, Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Course presents a captivating 18-hole design crafted by the renowned architect Dean Refram in 1970. Our course boasts narrow fairways and meticulously maintained greens, stretching across a compact 3,752 yards from the longest tees, it is a delightfully concise layout that caters to beginners and those seeking a more relaxed golfing experience. With an impressive landscape, 16 fairways are thoughtfully flanked by water, while over 30 strategically placed bunkers provide a formidable defense around the greens, effectively offsetting the relatively short hole lengths, making it especially appealing to seasoned players. Notably, in 2003, Pinebrook underwent a significant transformation, upgrading its greens with high-quality Champion Ultra Dwarf Bermuda grass. This enhancement has resulted in smoother and swifter putting surfaces, enhancing the overall golfing experience. In the Fall of 2023, Pinebrook underwent new ownership. The new ownership group has a committed to improving the course conditions, updating the golf shop, as well raising the level of customer service provided to our customers.
