Course Overview
The Medal Course at Monifieth Golf Links is situated in Monifieth, Angus and just a 15 minute drive east of Dundee. Monifieth Golf Links Medal Course is regarded as one of the finest links courses not only in the Dundee region but in Scotland, the course plays a par 71 and measures at just over 6500 yards off the white tees. The Medal Course is consistently used as an Open qualifier event course and will prove the perfect test for golfers of all abilities, a well placed tee shot avoiding the pot bunkers will put you in perfect shape to hit the large yet fair greens. The greens are guarded by well placed bunkers which makes any ‘up and down’ a true test of your short game. The final hole is a classic risk and reward par 5 with length and more strategic bunkering being it’s defence but played smartly could leave you walking off the course with a birdie.
