Course Overview
In the Flintshire countryside is the wonderful Mold Golf Club and offers unrivalled views of the stunning Welsh countryside, a thought-provoking course and a warm welcome. Mold Golf Club is an 18 hole uplands course which lies in the shadow of Moel Famau in the Clwydian Range – “the gateway to rural Wales’ and an “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.” From the higher part of the course, some 850 feet above sea level, a colourful panorama opens out. To the north you will see the Halkyn Plateau and Dee Estuary and Chester with Wirral and Merseyside beyond. Eastward offers extensive views over many miles of the Cheshire Plain and on to the Peak District. On a clear day the view from the 10th fairway is second to none. Mold Golf Club is certainly not a course to be missed if ever in the North Wales area.
