Course Overview
Meon Valley have two very different courses under its banner. The Meon Course is a full 18-hole course that is one of the only PGA standard courses in Southampton. The Valley course is a 9-hole course that is built on acres surrounding the roman ruins. This course can be played as a full 18-hole course playing at 5758 yards. It is perfect for those rounds after work when the light and time is fading. Looking at the valley course in greater detail it is important to understand that the course is there for ease of access after work when you want to fit in a quick 9 holes but is also a stunning golf course in its own right and if you are someone who likes playing the same 9 holes twice it is a really classy round of golf. Not many golf courses can boast that they have Roman ruins adding to the grandeur of the golf course. Meon Valley Golf Club offers some fantastic options for those who would like to stay for a couple of nights and enjoy a golfing getaway. The hotel that is linked to the golf club offers a spa treatment and a restaurant for fantastic food while you stay.
