Course Overview
Mearns Castle Golf Course is upheld to an excellent standard and is constantly being improved to raise the bar for all courses in the area. The course is a 9 hole par 33 (2,649 yards). Mearns Castle Golf Course is a fun parkland golf course which can also be played as an 18 hole with alternate tee boxes for the front 9 and back 9 making no hole the same. Mearns Castle Golf Academy holds an impressive resume of golf facilities including a 50 bay driving range, a PGA coaching academy, and a USGA short game area on top of their golf course. Suitable for all the family, Mearns Castle runs a “Kids at the Castle” program coaching children in golf from 5 to 13 years of age. Women can take advantage of the fantastic “Fierce Fitness Newton Mearns” or relax at “Hair Lounge salon and nail bar” then finish off a family day with a delectable meal at the “Italian Bistro”.
