Fully renovated in 2018 by Gordon Lewis, the 18-hole "Maple Leaf" course at the Maple Leaf Golf and Country Club facility in Port Charlotte, Florida was just named #14 short course by golfers on GolfAdvisor.com. The course features 3,920 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 62 . The course rating is 60.5 and it has a slope rating of 101 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Lane Marshall/(R)Gordon G. Lewis, the Maple Leaf golf course opened in 2002. Maple Leaf has been designated as a Audubon Wildlife Preserve.
