Course Overview
Leeds Golf Club was originally formed in 1896 and is set 4 miles from the city centre. The course was designed by famous golf course architect Allister Mackenzie who was a member from 1900-1910. The course is a par 69 set across 90 acres. The course features two par 5’s and 5 par 3’s. The course is a tree lined parkland layout that makes great use of the natural undulations, most notably the 172-yard par 3 15th that plays 40 feet uphill. The course features smooth and fast putting surfaces that run at a good speed for most of the year. The greens are guarded by well-placed bunkers. Leeds Golf Club is home to first rate hospitality including a fully stocked bar and fantastic catering service. This course is certainly worth a visit.
