Course Overview

With three nines, great conditions and a nice variety of holes, semi-private Lakeview Golf Club offers a terrific experience that is both fun and challenging for golfers of all abilities. The three nines -- the Lakes, Mountain, and Peak layouts -- all have unique characteristics. There are five sets of tees, so there's a proper length for all players. And the fairways, for the most part, are tree-lined, so accuracy off the tee is a must. The par-36 nines range from just nearly 3,200 yards to nearly 3,600 yards with the Mountain being the longest. To no surprise, it also has the longest hole, the 589-yard, par-5 sixth. There's not much trouble on the slight dogleg left hole, but because of its length, it is the no. 1 handicap hole. The hardest hole on the Peaks Course is the ninth, a par-4 that plays just under 400 yards through a narrow chute of trees. The Lake Course, as one might expect, has the most water on it, with the short, dogleg left par-4 seventh playing around a lake. Throughout the course there are a couple more water features, strategically placed bunkers, and a variety of doglegs. There's also a par-3 course at Lakeview Golf Club, as well as excellent practice facilities, which include a driving range, short-game area, and practice green. Lessons are also available. Inside the clubhouse is a well-stocked golf shop. And the Legends Bar and Grill is open every day, serving lunch and dinner with a menu of sandwiches, barbecue, burgers, and a variety of beverages.
