18 Hole, Par 72, Blue Tees - 7,061 yards, White Tees - 6,706 yards, Red Tees - 6,274 yards. Property acquired through a lease with the Kentucky American Water Company in March 1968. The course opened in July, 1970. Lakeside Golf Course is situated on approximately 185 acres, adjacent to Jacobson Park and Jacobson Lake. The facility includes a golf shop, snack bar and a driving range. The course is described as long and open with large greens. There are water hazards on three holes. Lakeside has the longest par 5 hole in the state of Kentucky at 651 yards.Lakeside is open year-round except for Christmas Day. The course opens for play 7:30 am until dusk. Tee times are reserved seven days in advance.
