Course Overview

The brewery-owned Ironclad Golf & Beer Garden provides the perfect combination -- fun golf and craft beer. First opened in 1970 and designed by Russell T. Burney, this 18-hole, par-72 course plays 6,144 yards from the back tees. Water comes into play on a few holes, including the signature par-5 eighth, a good-risk reward hole that longer hitters can reach in two. It?s also the no. 1 handicap hole. The holes, though, are generally player-friendly, so everyone from beginners to seasoned golfers will enjoy it. While there are a couple of long par 4s, there are also some that are fairly short, and the par-5 holes are all under 500 yards. There are five sets of tees total, starting at 4,036 yards. The owners have also put a lot of work into the course, including a back-nine renovation that was completed in 2021. Food trucks and a beer garden are part of what make this such a terrific experience. The beer offerings from Ironclad Brewery include everything from great lagers to IPAs. In addition to the course, Ironclad Golf & Beer Garden also offers a driving range, short-game area, and practice putting green. The course also offers night golf.
