With amazing views of the Irish Hills and nearby Irish Towers, the golf course at Gauci Golf Resort provides golfers of all abilities an enjoyable round.The course, which opened in 1962, is a par-34 that plays 2,340 yards from the back tees. Formerly known as Irish Hills Golf Course, the layout was beautifully restored in recent years. With elevated tees, the course provides great views of the surrounding countryside. The family-owned course presents plenty of challenges, with sidehill, uphill, and downhill lies, challenging greens, and fairly narrow fairways. While the course does not have a driving range, it does offer excellent practice facilities that include a putting green and short-game area with practice bunkers. Lessons are also available from the professional staff. The clubhouse is also available for special events like weddings and banquets. And snacks and beverages are available for golfers playing the course. Friendly service and a family atmosphere are what you will find at Gauci Golf Resort. It?s the perfect course for beginners as well as established golfers looking to sharpen their games. Players can walk or take a cart if they like. In the winter, it?s a great place to do some tubing or sledding.
