Course Overview

Since the club formed in 1922, this lovely parkland course has matured into something very special and offers players of all abilities a very enjoyable experience. The Harry Fernie designed course has plenty of nice views to enjoy and the beautiful colours make it a real photographer’s dream. Away from the course, the modern clubhouse is a real treat and will be happy to cater for all your pre and post-game needs. The par 72 course measures at nearly 6500 yards from the medal tees, meaning it definitely has the length to challenge even the best of golfers. The fairways and greens are always kept in great condition and if you can keep your score low on the first five holes then you should be onto a good card. The hardest hole on the course is the 11th, justified by the water hazard, deep rough and two tiered green. If you leak the ball here, it could very well be the last time you see it.
