Course Overview
Essendon Country Club offer two pristine courses that can be played all year round. The Old Course at Essendon Country Club was designed in 1976 by Fred Hawtree member of the famous Hawtree Dynasty. The Old Course is a truly stunning course with loads of character and tough tree lines that make it challenging to make a great score. The par-3 2nd hole does not let you relax into your round, the two tier green really are a test of putting. 200 yards off the tee will firstly test your length and direction and then the uphill putt makes for a tough test. A combination of convenient location and the superb beauty of the parkland course make The Old Course at Essendon Country Club a must-play.
