Dorset Golf & Country club offers 27 holes of first class golf. The Lakeland, Parkland and Woodland Courses we’re designed by the prolific course designer Martin Hawtree who recently received international acclaim for his excellent work re-designing Royal Birkdale for the British Open. His more recent design of the 5 Star Trump International Links in Aberdeen for Donald Trump in Scotland has received more great press, rating Martin Hawtree as the best course designer in the world today. Martin Hawtree has also redesigned St Andrews on behalf of the Royal and Ancient, so in design terms the courses here at The Dorset have a pedigree that is undeniable. Regardless the course being played at The Dorset Golf & Country club you will be sure to be tested as each of the 3 courses offer different challenges and risks, but they should not be shied away from as the can also be very rewarding. Other facilities at The Dorset Golf & Country club include a 16-bay floodlit driving range offering the best quality mats and the most unique targeting area. A purpose-built practice bunker offers golfers the chance to sharpen up their short game.
