Course Overview

Described by many golfers as the best course in the Bradford area, Cleckheaton and District Golf Club presents a tricky par 70 on a relatively short 18-hole 6077 yard parkland course. Designed by Dr. Alister MacKenzie, experience his signature style with long and narrow greens, large bunkers and contouring layout. Cleckheaton and Distract Golf Club’s excellent greens and well-maintained fairways offer a challenge to the most skilled of players. Cleckheaton and District Golf Club’s feature hole is the 5th - recommended by some of our golfers as the “best par 3” in Yorkshire with its elevated tee over a brook on to a tight green. Easily accessible from Manchester, Sheffield and York at Junction 26 of the M62 motorway. Enjoy a friendly reception in the clubhouse afterwards for relaxation and refreshments.
