Calumet is an exciting 18-hole regulation course located at the Calumet Country Club facility in Homewood, IL. From the longest tees it presents 6,559 yards of golf for a par of 71. The course was designed by Donald J. Ross, ASGCA and opened in 1901. The course rating is 72.2 with a slope rating of 132. Long known for some of the best conditions in the region, Calumet CC is known for hosting the 1924 Western Open as well as the 1945 Chicago Victory Open which was won by Byron Nelson.
