Bungay and Waveney Golf Club is located close to Bungay on the edges of the river Waveney and enjoys pleasant views of the neighbouring farms and heathland. The sandy soil provides excellent drainage for the course meaning that it will rarely be closed and is likely playable all year round. Bungay and Waveney Valley Golf Club, Suffolk is an 18 hole, par 69 course and measures 6044 yards from the White tees. The greens are quite small and well-protected, and the challenge is therefore in accuracy rather than length. Straight drives and accurate approach shots are the key to success at this golf club especially on the 2nd and 9th par 3's.
