Blarney Golf Club, found in Cork, located in the scenic Shournagh Valley, no more than a stone’s throw away from the world famous Blarney Stone. Blarney Golf Club offers a challenging and enthralling experience to golfers of all skill levels. Co-designed by one of the games most likeable characters, two time Major winner John Daly, being know for is ‘long hitting’, rest assured there will be some unique and interesting holes to be played around this layout. An example of this unique layout can be found on 13th, a par 5 measuring 601 yards, this par 5 requires the golfer to favour the left side of the fairway, you do not want to miss right on this whole as there is trouble lining the whole right side of this magnificent golf hole. The Par 3’s round this challenging parkland course will test you ball striking, not the longest par 3’s around, but filled with plenty of areas where golfers do not want to miss. Having completed your round at Blarney Golf Club there are many amenities to take advantage of within the impressive club house facilities, this includes the use of a sauna in the locker room and the Blarneys Lion’s Den bar and restaurant where you can relax and enjoy great food and beverages overlooking the 18th green.
