The Ballwin Golf Course & Events Center is a fun and challenging, public, nine-hole golf course located in West St. Louis County. The course can play up to 3,433 yards in length for the big hitters, and as short as 2,703 yards for the finesse golfers. Formerly known as Fox Creek Country Club, the City of Ballwin acquired the course and buildings in 1974 and has since completely remodeled, re-seeded, or rebuilt all greens, clubhouse, and snack bar. The facility also serves as the host course for the Gateway P.G.A. Nine-Hole Junior Championship, the annual Men’s and Ladies Ballwin Days Tournaments, as well as many other competitive and fun events throughout the year. The central location of the Ballwin Golf Course in West County Saint Louis makes it a convenient day time get away for people throughout the area including residents from Chesterfield, Manchester, Ellisville, Des Peres, Town and Country, Wildwood, Eureka, and beyond. Course amenities include a Pro Shop, snack and drink bar, and a two-person practice cage and a practice green golfers can use to loosen up their swing and refine their touch before starting.
