Course Overview

Certainly one of the finest municipals in the Chicago area, Arrowhead Golf Course is a 27-hole facility that's always in good shape and offers a wide variety of holes. Opened in 1927 and renovated more recently by Ken Killian and Greg Martin, the three nines can be combined into three different 18-hole, par 72 combinations, ranging 6,622 yards to 6,707 yards. Water comes into play on 17 or 27 holes, and there are 77 bunkers throughout the three nines. The course has undergone some changes over the years, getting a renovation in 2011 of the South/East Course to make it more playable by all. Rated nearly five stars on GolfPass, the course has bentgrass fairways and bentgrass greens. Arrowhead Golf Club's practice facilities include a lighted driving range, practice bunkers, chipping green and putting green. The club's restaurant offers both casual and fine dining for lunch and dinner.
