Course Overview
Designed by Andy North and opened in 2021, 12 North is a 12-hole par-3 course designed by former U.S. Open Champion Andy North. The unique course compliments the three championship nine-hole layouts at Trappers Turn -- the Arbor, Canyon, and Lake courses. There?s also an outstanding putting course at this incredible golf complex. The 12 North Course offers holes that range from 50 yards to 120 yards, with tee flexibility to stretch the holes even farther for the more accomplished player. The course is just 1,000 yards long, but it offers most every kind of shot, except driver for most players. Still it?s great fun for players of all levels, and it?s an outstanding opportunity for players to strengthen their iron game as well as their short game. The course has some elevation change, exposed sandstone, and panoramic views. Trappers Turn also offers an outstanding practice facility, which includes a large bent grass teeing ground, six target greens guarded by bunkers, a large practice green for putting, and a chipping green that includes a practice bunker. The club also has year-round dining that includes fish fries, Saturday prime rib, and Sunday brunches. There?s also a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, perfect for private events, in the clubhouse.
