Course overview
The Leicestershire Golf Club was established in 1890 and has grown from strength to strength, its heavily tree lined fairways and finely developed greens offer a superb test of golf. The 6,456 yard par 70 course has been designed to challenge the low handicap golfer while remaining suitable to golfers of all abilities. Regardless of the time of year the course very rarely slips from its very high standards due to the tireless efforts from the green staff. The course started off as a par 68 with no par 5’s but after considerable debates from all involved the decision was made to lengthen the 6th and 9th holes resulting into two fantastic par 5’s. after a thrilling challenge of golf the club offer you to sample the fine dining facilities on the upper level of the clubhouse whilst relaxing to the breath-taking panoramic views of the course.
