Mile End Golf Club is located on the outskirts of Owestry, surrounded by 140 acres of beautiful Shropshire countryside. Mile End Golf Club is a 6233 yard, 18-hole, par 71 parkland golf course. This tree-lined parkland is a treat for the eye, with large water hazards framing many greens throughout the golf course. Mile End Golf Club has smooth and fast greens that have many subtle undulations, to keep the golfer guessing. The large greens allow for a variety of pin positions, to vary the way in which an approach shot may be played. The course has a good mix of straight and dogleg holes, which will suit different shot shaping abilities. Mile End Golf Club is home to a state of the art double tier, 16-bay driving range. This is the only two-tier driving range in Shropshire. This allows golfers the perfect opportunity to improve their game before facing the challenges out on the golf course.
