Course overview
Designed in 1913 by John Frederick Abercromby, The Addington is a fine Heathland course which will challenge and excite golfers of all abilities. With fairways weaving through mature pine and undulating natural land, creative mounding offers protection for greens with bunkering light on this ever improving par-69. Expensive views of the metropolis provide a backdrop for many of the holes, increasingly so after major renovation works from 2020 to restore the course to it’s well renowned original state, a time when the club was patroned by King George VI and were the first hosts of the Halford Hewitt Foursomes.
